On Sunday night, 90s R&B sensation Dru Hill reunited for the Soul Train Awards, kicking off the annual event.
The group opened the award showing, reuniting for a special performance and sending the internet into chaos. Prior to the event Dru Hill told BET, “As a group that has been in the industry for 20 years, we feel so lucky and grateful to have fans that still support us in everything that we do.” The group also revealed their new track adding, “We feel like it’s time to give back in a way that expresses that gratitude. This single is just the beginning.”
Of course, once the group hit the stage, performing “Tell Me” and “Thong Song,” fans took to Twitter and completely lost it.
Dru Hill will put you in some kind of mood! Yesss #SoulTrainAwards

Watching DRAM and Paak lose it to a Dru hill performance was almost as lit as the actual performance.

Very few R&B groups still have it in them to give a great live performance. Dru Hill is among the few. #SoulTrainAwards
