DJ Khaled will be joining Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as they save the day in the upcoming Bad Boys for Life.
The “Top Off” producer announced that he would be in the movie, set in his hometown of Miami, to his 13.5 million Instagram followers on Tuesday.

“NEW MOVIE ALERT! Blessed to announce that I will be joining @willsmith and @Martinlawrence in the cast of @badboys #BadBoysForLife movie,” he wrote in the caption of a picture of him resting against a chair on the set.
His caption also expressed his gratitude to the duo directing the sequel, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah.

Khaled, who has already shot the movie All Star Weekend with Jamie Foxx, seems to have high hopes for his acting career.

“May I remind you, it’s only Jan 15th, 2019. Y’all have no idea what’s coming. I’m coming for the Oscars!! God Is The Greatest,” the music producer wrote.
There’s no word yet on who he will actually be playing in the movie, but whatever direction casting takes we’re really hoping they find a role for his adorable son Asahd.
