Teyana Taylor is living her best life now that she’s America’s favorite dancer. With a now-stunning 3.2 million followers on Instagram, the former Sweet Sixteen star has a reason to be feeling herself as America obsesses over her svelte physique.

It’s no secret an extremely-ripped Teyana gave birth to her and Iman Shumpert’s first child, Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. aka Junie, so after watching Taylor show off her post-pregnancy body in Kanye’s new video, “Fade,” everyone wants to know the entertainer’s workout and diet secrets. 

What are they one might ask? The answer is simple: dancing and Twinkies and “all types of s–t.”

TMZ got the scoop after catching up with Teyana outside of Los Angeles’ Ace of Diamonds last night. Living life with a phone that now rings off the hook and no time to charge, Junie’s mom told the media outlet exactly what she does to stay fit.

“Dance is the greatest workout. Dance is very underrated in the fitness world. Dance is my workout,” says Teyana. “I eat everything by the way. I eat Twinkies and all types of s—t.”

So for all those wondering what extreme diet restrictions the 25-year-old dance guru lives by, the answer is nothing. Just work out and eat what you want!
