We’d like to take a moment to thank Teyana Taylor for making us re-evaluate our personal wellness plans. The singer showed off her killer body in Kanye West’s new video for “Fade” and single-handedly become everyone’s #bodygoals and motivation to get moving.
So it’s no surprise that now she has the world wondering how she stays so snatached.
Thanksfully thhe 25-year-old star is telling all. Taylor recently revealed to Vogue.com that she only has one method of keeping in shape: Dance.
“You’re going to gag right now because I would really be lying to you if I told you that I worked out. I keep it really real, I don’t like to lie and say I work out, three, four times a week. All I do is dance. All I do is dance.”
While dancing is a great calorie-buring workout, we’re also well aware that Ms. Taylor’s genes are also a major factor in maintaining her fabulous figure. This woman had a baby eight months ago for God’s sake!
And don’t look to her eating habits for any health tips. Taylor says that her “diet sucks.”
“I eat pizza, fried chicken, macaroni; I don’t eat vegetables. But I dance!,” she said.
