It’s official, again!

The 44th president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama II, was sworn in for his second term on Sunday. He took the oath of office during a short, private ceremony in the Blue Room of the White House, administered by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.

The First Family, including daughters Malia, 14, and Sasha 11, stood by the President’s side while First Lady Michelle Obama held the family Bible, reports People.

As President Obama kicks off his second four-year term, Malia said, “I’m so happy. Yay!”

Sasha also congratulated her father. “Good job, Dad,” she said. “You didn’t mess up.”

The commander-in-chief will be publicly sworn into office during a traditional ceremony at the steps of the U.S. Capitol today at 11:30 EST.
