Oprah’s weight-loss experience includes one vital thing and it has to do with peace of mind.
In January, the media mogul and Weight Watchers spokesperson revealed that she has shed 26 pounds and a key part of that was due to the practice of meditation, People reports.
To continue with her spiritual transformation, Oprah is once again partnering with Deepak Chopra to embark on a 21-day meditation experience.
“Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit” is a 20-minute online audio meditation treatment, one that Winfrey says will “help us move down the path to harmony within ourselves.”
“I have learned that weight can affect more than just our physical being, it takes on all kinds of different meaning in our lives. This meditation will help us recognize what we are really hungry for.”
Chopra and Oprah have partnered together for 10 meditation programs and this one is expected for users to feel “lighter in body, mind and spirit.”
Free registration for the meditation begins on Thursday. “Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit” will start on March 21.
