Viola Davis, Phylicia Rashad, Gabrielle Union and Alfre Woodard sat down with Oprah for this Sunday’s episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter. Together the veteran actresses talk about their life experiences as African-American women in Hollywood.

Davis shares some of the challenges Black actors face that White actors never have to think about. “We’re in crisis mode as Black actors, not only in the sheer number of roles offered, but the quality of the roles,” Davis said.
