Mike Epps has come out first in the running to play Richard Pryor in an upcoming biopic, reportedly beating out Michael B. Jordan and Marolon Wayans. Both Epps and Wayans were set to be in previous Pryor productions, both of which fell through. Back in 2005, when the comic was still alive, Epps worked on a biopic with Pryor and his wife. Like most of us, Questlove turned to social media to pay his respects to Robin Williams, sharing a story about his interaction with the late actor backstage at the 2001 Grammys. “The smallest gesture can mean the world to you.
