Mike Epps has come out first in the running to play Richard Pryor in an upcoming biopic, reportedly beating out Michael B. Jordan and Marolon Wayans. Both Epps and Wayans were set to be in previous Pryor productions, both of which fell through. Back in 2005, when the comic was still alive, Epps worked on a biopic with Pryor and his wife. Pharrell is taking his talents to the gaming world, by becoming the music curator for the best-selling basketball video game ever: NBA 2K. The new edition, 2K15, will feature 27 tracks, picked freshly by the Grammy-winner. According to him, it will be an “eclectic mix,” which will include three of his own songs.
