• Kanye West and girlfriend Kim Kardashian have finally decided upon a name for their little bundle of joy. According to reports, the couple named their daughter North West. It’s not the first time that the baby’s name has been discussed in the media. Kardashian, while on the Tonight Show several weeks ago, said she liked the name Easton. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey is putting those pesky pregnancy rumors to rest. The model took to Twitter to clear things up. “Thanks for all the congrats,” she Bailey. “However, I am not pregnant. I’m dealing with a medical condition that makes me look pregnant. Stay tuned…” [YBF]

• Madame Noire chatted with R&B Diva star Syleena Johnson about a number of topics — including that petition to get Nicci Gilbert kicked off the show. She said on Twitter, “I would not sign it. While fans have the right to their views on this, I wouldn’t take food out her mouth for anyone.” Johnson will also appear on an upcoming episode of Iyanla Fix My Life. • Akon’s branching off into new business ventures. The singer recently announced he recruited Joe Henderson III to represent his new company, Akon Motor Sports, in the 2013 racing season. That’s right, Akon’s into NASCAR. “I got into motorsports because I’ve always had a love for cars,” said Akon. “Cars were always something that gave me that excitement and that rush for life.
