Every Black person alive knows that there is no more iconic Black comedy than Eddie Murphy's Coming to America. Of course, The Carters agreed in 2014 when they revived classic looks from the film for their Halloween costumes.

For their second (yes, second!) Halloween couples costume look in 2014, The Carters showed up to Charlie Bird in New York with art-themed outfits. Beyoncé was dressed as Mexican artist Frida Kahlo with JAY-Z by her side dressed as 80s artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.

In 2017, the Carters arrived to Kelly Rowland's Halloween bash dressed as iconic 90s rap duo Biggie and Lil' Kim. Beyoncé channeled Kim's look from her cameo in Missy Elliott's "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)" video while Jay went for one of the Notorious B.I.G's most memorable 90s looks, cane and all.
