Dear White People star Logan Browning is undoubtedly a talented actress, but as it turns out, she’s quite the skincare expert, too. And with so many flawless beauty moments in her red carpet repertoire, we can’t say we’re surprised. During a recent visit to the ESSENCE offices, she confessed to being a beauty “hoarder,” despite the large amount of real estate inside her bag.
“I actually don’t keep a lot of things in my purse when it comes to beauty,” she shared. “There’s oil blotting papers, Lucas Papaw lip balm and hand sanitizer.”
When she’s home, French beauty brands Biologique Recherche and Sisley Paris are mainstays on her vanity.
“[Sisley] has a flower gel mask that you’re supposed to put on and leave for five minutes and towel off. But I leave it on. Biologique is on the higher end in terms of how much I’m spending on my beauty, but I will say it’s a really good balancing line since I’m very acne-prone.”

And because she’s all about more affordable finds, too, Browning is also an avid fan of “anything” from Mario Badescu. “The Chamomile Night Cream is something I’m using right now. When I wake up, my skin’s just hydrated and dewy.”
Although she’s pretty adventurous with skincare, she’s learned to keep her hair routine more consistent. “I mostly use DevaCurl,” she shared. “I’ve learned to just keep it simple when it comes to hair products. I used to be a junkie and had to try everything, but if you find something that works, just stick with it.”
