- After a long court battle over the custody of his two sons with ex-wife Siovaughn, Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody. The decision came late Friday and immediately following the ruling both sons arrived in Miami. “My life changed in a huge way. Mentally, I’ve been preparing for it for over a year now. To me, it’s bigger than that. For me, it shows a lot of people that you need to fight to be in your kids’ lives sometimes. You fight until you can’t fight any more. - In light of Japan’s recent crisis, 50 Cent took to social networking to tweet nothing but ignorance. “Look this is very serious people I had to evacuate all my hoes from LA, Hawaii and Japan. I had to do it. Lol” he wrote. After receiving sharp criticism he then tweeted “Some of my tweets are ignorant I do it for shock value. Hate it or love it. - D’Angelo plead guilty to disorderly conduct in court last week. He was arrested for soliticting sex from a prostitute whom turned out to be an undercover officer. Luckily for him it’s only a violation not a crime. [Eurweb]
- TMZ is reporting that someone is offering to sell an Usher and Tameka sex tape. People from Usher’s camp are saying the video could have been just one several items stolen from the back of Usher’s car in late 2009. SMH… not another one. [TMZ]
- Ne-Yo has closed a deal with the Cartoon Network. He reportedly will created his own show called “I Heart Tuesdays” about a girl who saves the world every Tuesday. Tell your kids. [TMZ]
- Gospel singer Michael Charles died on Wednesday of liver cancer, he was 64. Stationed in the midwest, Charles is known for coordinating music for the annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration. [Gospel News Wire]
