Alicia and Lance discovered love was just around the corner when they met on the elevator at their job. Three years later he asked her to be his wife high above the Atlanta skyline during a romantic dinner date. This fall they plan to tie the knot, but in the meantime they returned to where their love story began — at work! — to shoot these amazing photos.
Alicia and Lance happily returned to the elevator where they first met to relive the memories for the camera. They plan to marry this October on a rooftop in downtown Atlanta, GA.
“Lance always does sweet things for me,” says Alicia. “One time he created a collage highlighting items from our initial dates. He had pictures, movie stubs, a leaf he picked up from our first date at the park, and even a rock from Jamaica that he picked up during our first vacation together. It was indeed one of the sweetest and most loving things that anybody has ever done for me.”
“Lance and I love to travel, especially on cruises, and we also enjoy picnics in the park and going to concerts,” says the future Mrs. Reece.
“I love that my future husband is a caring and loving man who will do anything to make me happy,” says Alicia.
“If you’re spying on us on a Friday night, you’ll probably catch us going to dinner and watching sports or a movie,” reveals Alicia, who tells us true love sure feels good.
“My friends always say that Lance is cool, compassionate, smart and the right man for me,” Alicia says.
“Lance is ambitious, intelligent and consistent,” says Alicia. “That’s the kind of man I’m about to marry.”
“My parents love Lance,” says the bride-to-be. “They always say Lance is intriguing and very down to earth.”
“When we’re finally husband and wife, I can’t wait to have children,” gushes Alicia.
It’s clear the happy couple knows how to keep the fire burning between them.
Alicia and Lance are planning a formal wedding they say will have a “Sex in the City feel to it,” with modern, contemporary and fashionable decor. For their honeymoon they will cruise the Caribbean on the newest and largest cruise ship in the world.
