As joyous of an occasion as it is, let’s be real, between the prepping, the cooking and dealing with our families, Thanksgiving can be a stressful time of year for many of us. After giving thanks for family, health, and home, you deserve to put your feet up and enjoy the moment with something that we know you’ll really be thankful for.

From the sweet flavors of pears and pecans to concoctions so strong you’ll feel like you’re back in your college dorm, we’ve found a few tasty recipes that you’ll definitely want on your menu this year. So grab a glass and celebrate the holiday with a cocktail (or two!) that will have you feeling like this is the most thankful Thanksgiving ever. Cheers!

Thanksgiving Jungle Juice
INGREDIENTS:
2 bottles red wine
4 c. ginger ale
3 c. cranberry juice
2/3 c. Fireball
2/3 c. whiskey
2 c. frozen cranberries
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 apple, cut into thin slices

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, stir together and serve. via Delish

Sparkling Pear Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of good-quality apple juice
1 ripe but firm pear, very thinly sliced
12 sprigs fresh thyme
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1 bottle sparkling wine (champagne, prosecco, cava, etc.)

DIRECTIONS:
In a pitcher, combine apple juice, pears, thyme, and liqueur. Stir together, then refrigerate for 2–4 hours to allow the pears and thyme to infuse the juice with flavor. Divide between 6 champagne flutes, discarding thyme, then fill the remainder of each glass with champagne. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme. via Camille Styles

Cider Caliente
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ part Kahlúa or Kahlúa Salted Caramel
4 parts Hot Apple Cider

DIRECTIONS:
In a heat resistant glass, pour in one and a half part Kahlúa. Then fill it up with four parts hot apple cider. Give it a nice stir with a heat-resistant spoon, or something to that effect. Garnish with a clove-studded orange wheel. via Kahlua

Pecan Pie Martini
INGREDIENTS:
FOR COCKTAIL
6 oz. rumchata
6 oz. creme de cocoa
3 oz. bourbon
Ice

FOR GARNISH
3 tbsp. caramel, microwaved until pourable
1/4 c. toasted chopped pecans
Cool Whip, for garnish
3 whole pecans, for garnish
Sprinkle of cinnamon, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Place caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate small shallow plates. Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans to coat. Combine rumchata, creme de cocoa, and bourbon in a large cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold, 30 seconds. Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. via Delish
