My hair is… Natural.

I started my hair journey… by transitioning in August 2013. I always knew I wanted to rock my natural hair and making the decision to stop using relaxers was the best decision for me.

My current hair regimen includes… A pre-poo with an oil and conditioner the night before a wash session , deep conditioning twice a week, moisturizing my hair every other day and I also keep my hair stretched by re twisting at night for manageability and to prevent single strand knots.

My favorite hair products include… Moroccan oil deep conditioners, Shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie , kinky Curly Knot today , Carol's Daughter Tui leave in conditioner and Eco styler styling gel.

The secret to having healthy hair is... Patience, having a good hair regimen in place which consists of getting trims when needed, ensuring that your hair has the right moisture /protein balance and being consistent .

My biggest hair challenge is… dealing with dryness and fairy knots.
