Women have ruled hip-hop this year and the spree continues with Doja Cat‘s new Hot Pink.

Announcing the arrival of her sophomore album, the rapper wrote on Instagram, “It’s finally out. I need a towel. Thank you guys so much. Which one is your favorite? Lemme know when you’re done, b—h b—h.”

Hot Pink includes previously released singles “Rules,” Bottom B—h,” and “Juicy” featuring Tyga.

Tinashe

Doja Cat wasn’t the only killer artist to drop new music, women totally ruled the week. Tinashe’s “Touch & Go” has been stuck in our head since it dropped Thursday.

The track sees the singer teaming up with 6LACK, another perfect collaboration following her single with Ms. Banks, “Die A Little Bit.” Both songs will appear on her upcoming project Songs For You.

FKA twigs

As you know, this is an FKA twigs stan account so we’re celebrating the singer’s new album, MAGDALENE. The artist previously released “holy terrain,” featuring Future, “sad day,” and “cellophane.”

The singer is currently busy with the North American leg of her tour, which ends November 21 in Brooklyn before twigs heads to Europe.

DAWN

Brooke Candy and Trakgirl appear on a new double single from DAWN, “Ay Papi”/”Slim Thicc.” DAWN also dropped a visual for the double track, which sees the singer dancing away against a white background as pops of color and animation spring up throughout the video.

Celeste

British singer Celeste, who’s set to play three sold-out shows in London before heading out on tour with Michael Kiwanuka, shared the video for “Strange” on Thursday.

A melodic and soulful single, “Strange” reflects on how relationships can change with the video “representing the reckless behaviors, which can lead you from being lovers to strangers.”

The fellas delivered this week as well. Femdot and Smino trade bars and get goofy in the video for “Rap City.”
