Jean-Paul Gaultier Rocks Paris Fashion Week

Designer Jean-Paul Gaultier has always been inspired by global beauty and the richness of tribal cultures--and his Spring/Summer 2010 Haute Couture collection, shown yesterday at Paris Fashion Week, was no exception. An Aztec fantasy infused with hints of Africana (check the elaborate cornrowed headpieces--love!), the collection brought Paris to its knees. And in a climate where the runway model standard is a fourteen-year-old from Slovakia, we were thrilled to see the amount of gorgeous women of color walking the catwalk. Check out some highlights from Jean-Paul Gaultier's exquisite show.
