But for those moments when things get hard, the celebrated spiritual teacher has some mantras that she uses in her own life. She broke them down for us in this ESSENCE video before she embarked on her “Acts of Faith Remix Tour,” which celebrates the updated 25th-anniversary edition of her internationally acclaimed bestseller.
