Last week, Whoopi Goldberg spoke at the Child Mind Institute 13th Annual Adam Katz Memorial Conversation, where she detailed her life growing up with dyslexia.
During the conversation, NY Mag reports, Goldberg revealed that to teach her daughter about body image she once chewed off a Barbie doll's arms.
"I wanted to explain to her that she didn't have to look like that," said The View co-host.
The annual conversation aims to raise awareness about mental health and learning disorders.
