Bennette Place Catering – Jerry Bennette
Bennette Place Catering is a family owned catering company that specializes in traditional New Orleans creole soul food. They have been an ESSENCE Festival vendor for 10 years and offer festival goers a variety of food to dine on while enjoying the Essence Festival events. Their menu includes shrimp and grits, seafood boudin balls, shrimp pasta, and spicy shrimp po-boys.
BaiRou Cuisine Catering Service – Varilyn Roussel
BaiRou Services has been involved with Essence Festival for over 10 years. BaiRou Cuisine Catering Services was first originated from mom’s kitchen recipes which specializes in Creole Cooking. Some of their specialties are Creole Crawfish Étouffée, Stuffed Seafood Bell Peppers, Fried Catfish, Gumbo, Homemade Cakes, and their delicious mouth watering bread pudding topped with Bourbon Sauce.
