Hindsight is always 20/20. So often, when we look back on our lives, there are things we wish we would’ve done differently. First Lady Michelle Obama admits to some regrets of her own. In an interview with PEOPLE, she shared the advice she’d give to her younger self.

“Stop being so afraid!” the First Lady told PEOPLE, “That‘s really what strikes me when I look back--the sheer amount of time I spent tangled up in fears and doubts that were entirely my own creation.”

If you could go back in time, what advice would you give your younger self? Would you tell the teenaged you to work harder in school? Would you tell yourself not to rush into commitment in your 20’s? Would strongly advise against a certain fashion choice? Take a walk down memory lane and share your thoughts below.
