However, the documents show they were separated on September 3rd. The couple has a 19-month-old daughter named Ayala. Tuere is seeking custody, but is willing to allow visitation rights. • The John F. Kennedy Center announced yesterday that Herbie Hancock will be among its 2013 honorees. Hancock alongside Billy Joel, Shirley MacLaine and Martina Arroyo will be honored for their talents and contributions to the country. Hancock said he was "overwhelmed" upon hearing the good news. "To realize that my name will be among those whose outstanding work in the performing arts I most admire is very humbling," he said in a statement. She told the audience that after trying to have a child and spending tons of money on fertility procedures, she and her husband decided to stop trying. "It's okay because I married my husband because I love him and I don't feel like there's anything missing from our marriage, but when you think about this person that you love what a wonderful thing it would be to bring another person like that into the world," said Tyler.
