A twirl here, a little dip there and voila — Wendy Williams is already shedding pounds. The celebrity talk show hostess —shown here headed into rehearsals — recently said her intense training for "Dancing with the Stars" has helped boost her physical fitness, a goal she was hoping to reach while on the show.

"I don't get on the scale, but I do sense a difference in my body in its most raw form, which is when I get out of the shower," Williams told Entertainment Tonight. The TV host, who is paired with professional ballroom dancer Tony Dovolani, added: "[There are] also certain jeans that fit better, and my husband says I look good, so I feel good."

Williams said she loves being part of the show and she keep a great sense of humor while dancing, according to her partner. "You know it's funny because she makes me laugh a lot, but when it comes to work time, she's very serious about this," Dovolani said. "She wants to give it her all."

Be sure to catch the "Dancing with the Stars" season premiere Monday, March 21, at 8pm ET/ 7pm CT on ABC - we know it'll be good!
