[BLANK_AUDIO] Now that New York City is closing Rikers Island, the city's public advocate has suggested that the island be renamed for Kalief Browder. Kalief is the 22 year old who committed suicide after spending three years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Kalief's brother, Aquin says he's flattered by the idea of renaming Riker's for Kalief, but would rather give the victory to the people, He told the New York Daily news, maybe people will look at Kalief island if they wanna dub it that, and remember the tragedy that my brother went through So what do you think? Have you seen the Kalief Browder story? And did it change the way you view incarceration? Let us know in the comments. [BLANK_AUDIO]
