One thing is certain: 30 years in the fashion industry looks good on Naomi Campbell. The 44-year-old catwalk diva recently hit the runway at the Zac Posen show with killer hair that’s just as stunning as her signature walk.
Whether her brow-gazing bang is swept to the left, feathered across her forehead, or pushed back, it compliments her long hair, and timeless style. To help us learn Campbell’s tricks of the trade, we asked celebrity hairstylist Odile Gilbert (who gave Campbell a “controlled glamour” style for the show) just how to master the model’s ‘do. Her steps below:
Step 1: Begin on dry hair. Section 1” pieces of hair and mist with Moroccanoil Heat Styling Protection. Then wrap the section around a 1.5” barrel curling iron, and repeat until the entire head is curled.

Step 2: Once cooled, brush through hair to create soft cascading waves.
Step 3: Using a fine tooth comb and a generous amount of Moroccanoil Styling Gel in Strong, slick back the hair on the left side of the head from temple to ear. Work in sections to ensure the hair stays put.
Step 4: Repeat this process to slick the larger section of hair on the right side of the head. The result should be a sleek, high-shine finish. Apply a bit of gel in the bang area.
Step 5: Once the gel has set, re-brush the waves at the back of the head to ensure movement.
Step 6: Finish by setting the entire style with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray.
