Kyndacee Harris, a Los Angeles-based office administrator and founder of girlsdressingcuteforwork.com, started her hair journey to natural hair in January of 2012. Her new mantra: “[Being] nappy isn't an insult anymore.”
My hair is…. Natural.
I started my hair journey… January 2012.
My current hair regimen includes… A co wash with Taliah Waajid's great detangler, then I add Jamaican black castor oil and shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie. While the product is still drying I'll use a sponge on my hair to make my hair coil up.
My favorite hair products include… Shea moisture everything!

The secret to having healthy hair is... Wrapping it with a satin scarf at night. My hair isn't so dry anymore. Also, you must learn your hair type and [what works for your hair]. I just learned that I shouldn't comb that much and I shouldn't shampoo it often.
My biggest hair challenge is… Having the patience for styles that require you to do your hair at night and take it out in the morning. I'm so lazy and impatient—I never try them.
I love my hair because... It's so coarse and curly! I'm obsessed.
