If the last few days have not been an indication that there was something going on with Kanye West, his hospitalization on Monday is a big clue.

According to TMZ, the rapper was taken to UCLA Medical Center and after being evaluated for severe sleep deprivation it was determined he "needed to be admitted" for psychiatric evaluation. The site also reports that West did not want to be taken to the hospital and "was placed in handcuffs when he was transported."
