A man involved in a bar brawl with Scandal star Columbus Short is refusing to press charges. Despite the severity of his injuries, the alleged victim wants to solve the issue as amicably as possible due to the fact that they are close to the same people and have family ties. The victim’s lawyers says he hopes to come to some sort of settlement. Short may have a steep bill to pay for in medical expenses if they settle. The victim supposedly suffered a facial fracture, concussion as well as neck and back injuries. [TMZ]
