See what we're chatting about over dark roasted coffee:

• Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, just can't seem to get along. According to TMZ, Foster has filed new court papers asking for a judge to force Usher to attend co-parenting classes and to be a better parent. Classes were ordered by a judge earlier this year, and Usher has allegedly only attended one class. Foster claims he continues to make big decisions about their two sons without her input. She ultimately wants the judge to find Usher in contempt. [TMZ]

• Wedding bells are in the air! Rapper Big Sean is engaged to longtime girlfriend and Glee actress Naya Rivera. Details about how he popped the big questions aren't known, but Rivera was seen sporting a huge (and gorgeous) diamond ring this weekend. The couple went public with their relationship back in April and admitted to meeting on Twitter. [E! Online]

• Sheryl Lee Ralph's 23rd annual HIV/AIDS benefit, Divas Simply Singing, is set to welcome a number of big-name stars. So far, Amber Riley, Jenifer Lewis, Kelly Price, Karyn White, Karen Clark, Kierra Sheard, Carolyn Malachi, Sheléa and Simphiwe Dan are slated to perform. The event will be held on October 12th at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. [EURweb]

• Oprah Winfrey could be selling off a portion of Harpo Inc.'s Chicago campus. The media mogul has reportedly enlisted the help of a real estate firm to look into options that include selling, refinancing or leasing a portion of the property. The studio in question is the exact place Winfrey taped her award-winning daytime show for 20 plus years. [Sun Times]
