The late Whitney Houston was no stranger to controversy. Over the years she garnered much criticism from the media over everything from her drug abuse to her tumultuous marriage to ex-husband Bobby Brown.

On the flip side, in 2009, Houston staged an unbelievable comeback with her album I Look to You, which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard charts, selling more than 304,000 in its opening week.
