On Monday President Barack Obama embarked on his fourth trip to the Gulf Coast since the BP oil spill -- this time to Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Upon his return from the two-day trip, he will address the nation in a televised speech this evening from the Oval Office about his next steps for the crisis.
