Longest-Married Couple Celebrates 86th Anniversary

Happy anniversary wishes to Herbert and Zelmyra Fisher of New Bern, North Carolina, who have been married 86 years today. The Fishers wed on May 13, 1924 and now hold the Guinness World Record for the longest marriage. Mr. Fisher, 104 and Mrs. Fisher, 101, took to the popular online social network Twitter on Valentine's Day 2010 at twitter.com/longestmarried to answer relationship questions. Our favorite piece of advice from the Fishers: "Remember, marriage is not a contest -- never keep a score." The Fishers have five children, 10 grand children, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. What a great reminder that true love has no limits. How long have you been married?
