London police found 18-month-old Audrey Nyanor who went missing when officers arrested the toddler's mother and later handed the baby off to the wrong temporary guardian. Police officers announced that they found Nyanor, whose mother is from Ghana, "unharmed in Harlesden, North London," according to Timesonline.co.uk.
