Desiree Rogers: Obama’s New Social Secretary Gets Web Savvy

 

Desiree Rogers, incoming social secretary for the President-elect, plans to use the Web to help Americans feel like they're a part of the party scene, according to Women's Wear Daily. The first African-American to hold this position, Rogers says, "Not everyone can [physically] get to the White House. Through the technology we have today, we are working to create personal relationships."
