I love avocado, and today I'm gonna show you how to transform one ingredient three ways. [MUSIC] Three of my favorite dishes to make with the avocado are I will do a simple play on a typical deviled egg and use the avocado for the egg filling. Not only is it more of a healthier option but it's even more delicious. Another option that I make is a guacamole. Another really really great dish that you can make is an avocado salad. You take succulent ripe tomatoes. There are avocados. You put them together into one salad. And it is great. It's refreshing. And this is how you transform one ingredient Three ways. [MUSIC]
