I think it's important when you wanna work in this industry to have a clear, concise vision of what you want and where you want the end results to go. There's so many different defining moments of my career it's very Really, really difficult to name just one, but I would say one of my favorite moments was Oscar 2015 with Carmen Ejogo who's in the a movie, Selma. If you haven't seen it, it's amazing movie. But I would say my favorite moment is my first Essence cover, Black Women in Hollywood. I did Nicole Bahari, who's one of my favorite clients. She's such a chill person and And I love her. As a woman of color, there's really not any other magazine out there that, to me of that standard, that my mom could be like, you did Essence?
