Toya Wright woke up to the tragic news Sunday that two of her brothers had been gunned down this morning in New Orleans, the Times-Picayune reports.
“The two young men were discovered shortly after midnight Sunday inside a car near the corner of Pauger and North Miro streets in the city’s 7th Ward. Both had been shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene, New Orleans police said.”
Wright, a New Orleans native, is Lil Wayne’s first wife.
She most recently starred alongside her second husband, Memphitz, in “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” on We TV. She filed for divorce earlier this month, Essence.com reported.
Toya has yet to comment on the murder of her two brothers, but thousands shared their condolences on social media.
