[BLANK_AUDIO] [SOUND] You're watching Essence Live, and I'm your host Dana Blair. So far it's been a pretty busy show. I've heard a lot from you. But it wouldn't be complete without our Black Magic Moment of the Week. Shout out to Simone Biles and the rest of the US Women's Gymnastics Team for shutting it down in Rio and winning the gold medal. With a nearly five point Point lead heading into the final rotation. Biles sealed the deal with her floor routine, and as of today the 4ft9 powerhouse is chasing a second gold medal in the women's individual all-round competition. Good luck, Simone. We hope you create some magical moments out there. Remember, you can watch Essence's original black girl magic documentaries at essence.com. /BlackGirlMagic. [BLANK_AUDIO]

Simone Biles may be the most decorated American gymnast of all time, but when it comes to dating, she’s still a beginner.

The four-time Olympic gold medalist recently opened up about her dating life (or lack thereof), while rehearsing for Monday’s Dancing with the Stars.

“I have never had a boyfriend in my life,” she told Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday. “At 20 years old I feel like you should have gone through those things and gone on dates. I have been on like, maybe one proper date.”

Biles may have only been on one proper date, but that date was a success.

“I think it went OK,” she confessed, explaining that the date ended with a kiss and that a second date is “probably” going to happen.

As for her mystery man? “He’s got a good body,” she said. “I’m just saying, it’s … I’m just saying!”

No doubt hurting her potential dating life is her rigorous DWTS schedule — though she is learning skills that could help her romantic life.

“The actual steps are not the hard part,” she wrote in her exclusive PEOPLE blog after the show’s first week of competition. “I’m supposed to be sexier … and that’s not something I’ve ever had to do before.”

Luckily, her partner Sasha Farber is here to help.

“Sasha has been really working with me to loosen up my body and to make sure I’m showing the emotion of the dance on my face,” she said. “Trying to be sexy is very different from what people are used to seeing from me, but I’m 20 and it’s been really interesting to explore a new side of myself.”

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.
