Dawn Sylvia-Stasiewicz, the dog trainer who kept the Obamas’ puppy under wraps in her rural Virginia home for weeks to get him family-ready, has been bombarded by dog lovers, the media and bloggers, according to USA Today. Sylvia-Stasiewicz, 51, has been training high-profile pets for years but describes this present Bo experience as a little crazy and surreal. However, Sylvia-Stasiewicz, who has also worked with Ted Kennedy and Sandra Bullock, maintains that it is “always about the dogs.” —BB
