Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are ending the year with a little extra cash in the bank after selling their seven-acre Hawaii vacation home for a cool $20 million.

The celeb couple bought the 2,200-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Kauai for only $13.5 million in December 2009, which means the pair are walking away with a $6.5 million profit off the home in only two years.

Other lavish amenities of the sprawling island mansion include hardwood floors, solar heating, a swimming pool and a hot tub. Earlier this year, Will and Jada offered a glimpse into their nine-bedroom estate in Calabasas, California, which also boasts luxury amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, three golf holes, a recording studio and a private lake.
