To no one’s surprise, the sister of Jdimytai Damour, the Wal-Mart worker who was killed in a stampede by some 2,000 bargain-hungry Wal-Mart shoppers the day after Thanksgiving, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit, reports the Associated Press. Elsie Damour Phillipe is suing Wal-Mart; the Long Island, New York, mall where the store is located; Nassau County; and the Nassau County Police Department.
