With the L.A.P.D. and the L.A. County District Attorney’s office at each other’s figurative throats over Dr. Conrad Murray’s surrender to the courts, scheduled for today, we weren’t sure how or when Murray was going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Michael Jackson. The D.A.’s been working with Murray’s lawyers to get him to surrender in court. But the L.A.P.D. hopes to cuff him and book him before he goes to the court house.
