UPDATE: Dr. Murray Will Surrender Today

County District Attorney's office at each other's figurative throats over Dr. Conrad Murray's surrender to the courts, scheduled for today, we weren't sure how or when Murray was going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Michael Jackson. The D.A.'s been working with Murray's lawyers to get him to surrender in court. But the L.A.P.D. hopes to cuff him and book him before he goes to the court house. The D.A. shut down a surrender, scheduled for today, due to the dispute. However, the doctor's lawyers have said that, feud or no feud, they're showing up in court at 1:30 p.m. today to surrender, according to TMZ.
