A source from the Florida Department of Children and Families tells TMZ an official paid a visit to the golfer’s home for a “well-being visit” after someone lodged a complaint, though it is not clear who filed it and the nature of it. TMZ says the visit was not part of any investigation but a routine procedure following a complaint. The Department evaluates the well-being of children and adults in the home.
