Tyson Beckford: Feels Celebrities Are Taking Jobs from "Real" Models

Supermodel Tyson Beckford, 38, and host of Bravo’s “Make Me a Supermodel” is speaking in defense of his fellow catwalk comrades about the lack of jobs available to models when celebrities are used on the cover of magazines and for beauty/fashion campaigns, according to MSNBC.com. “A lot of tweaking and airbrushing (is used) to get the same from a celebrity that you would get from a model,” says Beckford, who predicts that the trend of celebs dominating the covers of glossy’s will eventually lose its appeal.
