Model mogul, Tyra Banks is scheduled to testify later this week against the Georgia man who, last year, allegedly stalked her for at least three months, according to EURweb.com. Police arrested a man, Brady Green, in March 2008 outside of a McDonalds near the Tyra Show studio in Manhattan. According to reports, Green told police, “”I know her. She knows me. We’re good friends. We had a thing together.” Green pled “not guilty” to stalking, harassment and criminal trespass. He faces up to 90 days in jail if convicted by a Manhattan Criminal Court Judge. -LB
