Tyler Perry is being sued for copyright infringement by the estate of deceased gospel singer Bertha James, according to TMZ. The suit states that Perry used, without permission, a verse from her 1950 song "When I Think of the Goodness of Jesus" in his hit film "Madea Goes To Jail," during Madea's monologue delivered in the court scene.
