According to the high-brow mag, “this year’s New Establishment list identifies the top 50 of an innovative new breed of buccaneering visionaries, engineering prodigies, and entrepreneurs.”

After record-breaking sales with his latest Kanye-assisted LP, Mr. Carter ranked no. 21 on the list while possible future cable-channel owner Perry took the 44th spot. The two men were listed among visionaries across all industries including Mark Zuckerberg and Lady Gaga.
