Newly released data from The Census Bureau reports that the number of Black children being raised in a two-parent household rose in 2007, according to the New York Times. Immigrants who view themselves as Black are partially responsible for the surge as well as the values of an emerging Black middle class. Experts admit, however, that the failing economy does nothing to enhance stability in relationships and we may end up seeing a reversal in 2008.
