Getting dropped off at school is a pleasant experience for most students but recently ended in a nightmare for one Philly youngster. A Philadelphia court clerk taking her 11-year-old daughter to school was slain Tuesday morning, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Angela Jefferys’s ex-boyfriend opened fire on her car before killing himself with a bullet to the head, police said. Jefferys, 35, was a single mother of three. —BB
