"We are moving the album back to 2016 so that we will have more time to finish the record the TLC way," wrote TLC on their Kickstarter page.
TLC is in the hot seat with fans who are asking, “where’s the music?”
Almost a year after the Kickstarter campaign to fund their fifth and final project raised more than $400,000, fans are getting impatient, reports Vibe.
Fans took to Twitter to air out their grievances.
TLC didn’t make an album with the Kickstarter money? Even the dude who raised funds for potato salad made the damn potato salad, smh…

TLC raised over three times what their goal was for that Kickstarter and y’all can’t even get a snippet of music. Something is wrong here.

TLC asked the fans to donate money for their new album, raised half a million, then didn’t put out an album???

According to the Kickstarter page, the album was supposed to be released at the end of 2015 but on September 24 the ladies posted an update saying the project would be pushed back until 2016.
“We are moving the album back to 2016 so that we will have more time to finish the record the TLC way,” they wrote. “Thanks as always for your love and support and we can’t wait to deliver a new record and tour next year.”
Hopefully fans can hold on just a little bit longer.
